All orders are shipped by United States Postal Service.

USPS Service Levels (Domestic)

We offer multiple USPS shipping options at checkout. Each service level has different delivery speeds, handling priorities, and cost structures:

USPS First-Class Mail / Ground Advantage: Economical option for lightweight packages; delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days but are not guaranteed.

First Class packages have a maximum weight of 13 ounces while Ground Advantage allows packages up to a maximum weight of 70 pounds and a combined length and girth of 130 inches.

USPS Priority Mail: Faster service with typical delivery in 1–3 business days; includes limited insurance and tracking, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. The maximum weight limit for USPS Priority Mail is 70 pounds for domestic shipments. Packages must also not exceed a combined length and girth of 108 inches.

USPS Media Mail: Budget option for eligible media items (e.g., books, CDs, DVDs). Eligible items do not include artwork, altar sets, wallet cards, statues, jewelry, home décor, wellness, decree players or gemstones. This option is significantly slower delivery (2–10+ business days) and subject to USPS inspection to ensure compliance. Includes tracking but no insurance. Media Mail has a maximum weight limit of 70 pounds per package. The maximum size allowed is 108 inches in combined length and girth.

USPS Service Levels (International)

We also offer USPS international shipping options where available. Delivery times vary widely based on destination country, customs clearance, and local postal services:

USPS First-Class Package International Service: Cost-effective option for small, lightweight packages; delivery typically ranges from 1–4 weeks or longer and is not guaranteed. Tracking may be limited depending on destination. It can only be used for packages of 4lbs and under with a value of less than $400.

USPS Priority Mail International: Standard international service includes tracking and limited insurance with estimated delivery in 6–10 business days, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. Maximum weight for packages is 70 lbs. Please note, some countries have lower weight restrictions that may apply.

International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections, import regulations, or local postal handling beyond USPS control.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and may vary. Selecting a faster shipping option does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless explicitly stated by USPS.

Shipping Disclaimer – Damages & Losses

The Summit Lighthouse will assess a 10% processing fee for all undeliverable or refused shipments.

We take great care in packing and shipping every order. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by a third-party service and is outside of our direct control.

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, we cannot be responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Shipping times are estimates only, and delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items that are lost or damaged in transit. If shipping insurance is available, we recommend selecting it at checkout for added peace of mind.

International Orders

We do not ship to all countries due to our experience with poor delivery rates in certain countries.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees:
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees on all international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

No Guaranteed Delivery:
Please note that some destinations may have limited tracking, delivery guarantees, or shipping insurance availability.Delivery to these areas cannot be guaranteed by us. Estimated delivery times are not applicable, and shipments may experience significant delays, be rerouted, or be undeliverable in some cases.

No Insurance Coverage:
Shipments to these areas are not eligible for insurance through us but may be available or included through the third-party shipping service selected. When applicable, insurance coverage will be an optional add-on at an extra fee.

We are not liable for loss, damage, theft, or non-delivery of packages during transit. Customers assume full risk for orders shipped to restricted or high-risk areas.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions. Where available, we recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout for added peace of mind.
