Customers may return products to The Summit Lighthouse for reimbursement within 30 days of receiving the order. Failure to submit a request for reimbursement within 30 days of receipt results in denial of a claim.
If the return is due to shipping discrepancy, we can only reimburse you for items received in salable condition. The Summit Lighthouse has the option, at its sole discretion, to provide a refund or replace the product(s).
To return a product, please take the following steps:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of products are exempt from being returned:
For products that are not damaged or defective, Customer must confirm 1) that the product received matches the product listed on the shipping invoice, and 2) that the product is not damaged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and any applicable bank processing fees will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The Summit Lighthouse will make every effort to ensure prompt delivery but cannot be held responsible for delayed shipments.
Damaged or defective products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The Customer may request either replacement of the same product(s) or a refund. For products that are no longer in stock, Customer will be refunded the purchase price.
