These 3-inch quartz crystal angels are quite lovely. So lovely in fact, that we decided they deserved to be photographed in the beautiful outdoors. Unfortunately, the one in the photograph is no longer available.
The first shot here, is the last shot ever taken of this angel. No one has seen her since. She stood upon a large tree that had fallen many years ago. The waterfall in the background made wonderful patterns through the quartz. After clicking the shutter on my Nikon, I walked the six feet to the tree, looking down so I wouldn't step in the fast moving spring-run-off stream. I went to reach for her and she wasn't there. I was shocked, then crestfallen. Apparently a gust of wind came up, sending her into a swan dive to the rapids below. She was gone. Maybe she wanted to become the first Mermaid Angel. She will rest in the stream until one day a sharp-eyed seeker will wander by, see her sparkle, reach in and take her home.
She will be missed, but there are several others that are very fine as well. We'll pick the best one for you.
We thought you would enjoy a photo of the waterfall. It was a gorgeous Montana Spring day.
